And many of us have some seriously bad habits when it comes to EATING-- from eating too fast to ordering too much to "last supper" thinking around cheat meals and more. In this episode I share my insights and some of the changes that my man and I have made that are helping us stay really on track with our diets-- and yet still enjoy all the foods- and even adult beverages.
