If you've struggled with acne as an adult, or a teen, or if you have a teen struggling with acne, you know the frustration and emotional distress that can occur. The traditional "fix" for acne issues is typically going to involve drugs and possibly harsh topicals. In this interview with Dr. Nick Delgado, he explains in great detail how acne is caused by hormonal imbalance and often is tied to estrogen dominance (in both men and women) and can be greatly reduced by balancing those hormones. You will be schooled in a big way during this chat, and loving what you learned about hormones- around the acne issue and just hormonal balance in general. This is part 2 of a 2-part episode! Enjoy!
