Leanne Vogel is a passionate nutrition and food blogger who found happiness with the ketogenic diet and writing programs, recipes, and books around it. She is also a nutrition educator who offers a friendly approach to the often misunderstood fat-fueled lifestyle. Before this, Leanne was a person who always searched for the right kind of diet. She was a vegan then she switched to Paleo until she settled with the ketogenic diet. She also credits her issue with amenorrhea as to why she decided to not just try the ketogenic diet, but stay with it.

Jim Klopman is all about training for balance. He was always the thrill seeker - engaging in activities and sports that challenge the balance system of our body. He always thought it was a psychological issue, but a brain scan said otherwise. Doctors said he had brain damage comparable to that of a former football player. He was then asked to do balance training, something he’s been doing for a very long time. This would explain his penchant for balance-challenging activities and would go on to help others get their balance back.
